BOURBON LOVERS! 🥃 This is a special one.

On May 20th, we're hosting an exclusive 3-course bourbon dinner with 4 complementary bourbon pours from our friends at Augusta Distillery!!

The evening will feature a barrel thieving experience from a single barrel from the distillery! (Yes, you'll get to try bourbon like the pros)

Also, we'll have a limited number of of our Smoke Justis Old Route 8 Single Barrel bottles and or the limited Buckner's 10 year for sale! (You can win purchasing rights via raffle for 10 yr, see below)

Menu Highlights & Bourbon Pairings:

First Course
Spicy Gazpacho - Served with lime yogurt and pork belly lardon, paired with Old Route 8 (standard), accentuating the dish with its robust flavors.

Second Course
Honey-glazed Salmon Fillet - Placed atop Bucatini Cacio e Pepe, garnished with lemon and herbs, paired with Smoke Justis Old Route 8 Single Barrel, which complements the dish with its smoky depth.

Third Course
Chocolate-bourbon Pot de Creme - Topped with cream quinelle and caramel drizzle, paired with Buckner's 10 year, enhancing the dessert with its rich, aged complexity.

The 4th Pour! ~The Barrel Thieving Experience~
Guests will have the chance to thief their own pour directly from an Augusta barrel.

Raffle: Due to the scarcity of the Buckner's 10 year product, we will hold a raffle to see who wins purchasing rights!
