Pour #1 with Smoked Peach & Whipped Ricotta Crostini

• Grilled Sixteen Bricks sourdough, whipped ricotta, smoked local peach, hot honey, toasted pecans, basil, flaky sea salt

Pour #2 with Bourbon Glazed Pork Belly Burnt End

• Smoked pork belly with sticky bourbon glaze, pickled watermelon rind, crispy shallots

Pour #3 with Smoked Duck Toast

• Smoked duck breast over grilled sourdough with whipped goat cheese, cherry-bourbon preserves, baby arugula, cracked black pepper

Pour #4 with Coffee-Rubbed Beef Rib

• Boneless smoked beef rib over sweet corn purée with bourbon demi-glace, crispy fried leeks, chive oil

Pour #5 with Brown Butter Bread Pudding

• Brown butter challah bread pudding with warm bourbon caramel, vanilla whipped cream, candied pecans, fresh blueberries
