At Smoke Justis, we're looking for baristas who bring energy and experience to our new espresso bar! This isn't just a coffee job - it's a front-line hospitality role, and we want someone who feels the difference.

Who You Are

You lead with warmth. Guests feel it the moment they walk up to the counter. You read the room, keep things moving, and you never let the rush shake your vibe.

You know how to make a recommendation feel like a suggestion from a friend, not a sales pitch, and you take pride in showing up when it matters, especially on those early morning shifts.

What We're Looking For

You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment without cutting corners on hospitality.

You're comfortable upselling naturally - whether that's a specialty drink upgrade or a seasonal recommendation.

Reliability is huge for us, particularly for opening shifts, so if mornings aren't your thing, this probably isn't the right fit. But if you love being the person who sets the tone for the whole day, we want to hear from you.

Compensation & Perks

Starting at $16/hr, plus pooled tips.

Beyond that, we're invested in growing our people: strong performers have the opportunity to cross-train into bartending or take on leadership responsibilities down the road.
