The Goose Island Bourbon County Stout Tasting Event returns on Tuesday, November 26th, at 6:30 PM.

Here’s the full menu breakdown…

Autumn Salad

The night begins with a fresh Autumn Salad, featuring cornbread croutons, smoked cheddar, pickled red onions, blanched green beans, and romaine lettuce, all tossed in a warm dijon-honey vinaigrette.

Beef Bourguignon with Beer

For the main course, we’re featuring a Beef Bourguignon, slow-braised in a rich, malty beer sauce with bacon, carrots, pearl onions, mushrooms, garlic, and herbs, accompanied by golden mashed potatoes and an herb garnish. A vegetarian option substitutes chickpeas for beef and bacon, ensuring everyone can indulge.

Mocha Cake

We’ll cap off the night with a decadent Mocha Cake, featuring dark chocolate cake layered with mocha ganache, served with vanilla gelato, stout caramel sauce, and topped with chocolate-covered espresso beans.

After dinner, we will host a raffle to purchase exclusive Goose Island Bourbon County Stout "From the Vault" selections.

Full bottles will be available for purchase, and EVERYONE is guaranteed at least one bottle, if you should choose to purchase.
