Kick off the evening with a Welcome Beer: Doom Pedal (White Ale, 5.5% ABV).

1st Course

A rich, smoky blend of lump crab, bacon, jalapeños, and cheddar, served warm with toasted garlic-herb baguette slices.

Paired with Hyper Warp Juicy Double IPA (8.3% ABV)

2nd Course

Tender flat iron steak marinated in pineapple, soy, and ginger, served with crispy smashed potatoes and green beans tossed with pineapple, bacon, and almonds.

Paired with Island Hop (Pineapple Passion Fruit IPA, 6.8% ABV)

3rd Course

Warm spiced peach cake topped with creamy vanilla gelato and drizzled with peach syrup.

Paired with Chasing Sunsets Peach Ale (5.0% ABV)
