This one will be special. Join us for a private, four-course bourbon dinner on Monday, October 27th with Hartfield & Co. Distillery! This will be held in our Bourbon Lounge at Smoke Justis in Covington, KY.

Hartfield & Co sits in that sweet spot of Kentucky whiskey where heritage and craft meet. Based in Paris, in the heart of Bourbon County, they revived the county’s distilling tradition after Prohibition and lean into classic, pre-Prohibition profiles with modern finesse. Small batches, patient barrel time, and locally sourced grains give their whiskies a warm, grain-forward character with layers of honeyed spice, orchard fruit, and toasted oak.

We’ll kick off the evening with a welcome cocktail, a Hartfield & Co Pre-Prohibition Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey Old Fashioned!

1st Course

Honey cereal crusted goat cheese croquette, warm wildflower honey drizzle, toasted hazelnuts, shaved pear and micro herbs

Paired with Hartfield & Co Pre-Prohibition Wheated

2nd Course

Smoked pork belly with sweet corn puree and bourbon maple glaze, charred scallion ash and pickled mustard seed

Paired with Old Bourbon County Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

3rd Course

Seared duck breast with vanilla custard corn pudding and cherry bourbon gastrique, roasted broccolini and black pepper crumble

Paired with Old Bourbon County Single Barrel

4th Course

Dark chocolate and espresso torte, bourbon caramel, smoked sea salt and toasted pecan praline
