We’re hosting a private, four-course bourbon dinner experience on Monday, July 28th with Dexter Bourbon!

Dexter is a revival of Cincinnati bourbon royalty, named after Edmund Dexter, the 1800s whiskey magnate who once hosted Charles Dickens! Today, Dexter Bourbon honors that legacy with rich, complex bourbons aged using innovative wood finishing techniques that appeal to connoisseurs and history lovers alike.

This month’s dinner kicks off with a welcome Old Fashioned made with Dexter Rye, followed by a guided tasting through their full lineup.

First Course

Candy-Striped Beets with Smoked Salmon – Lightly pickled beets with garlic-herb goat cheese, hot-smoked salmon, pink peppercorn, and dill.

Paired with: Dexter Small Batch Wheat

Second Course

Cherry & Spinach Salad – Featuring cherries, candied pecans, red onion, gorgonzola, and cherry vinaigrette.

Paired with: Dexter Three Wood Straight Bourbon

Third Course

Braised Veal Shank – Served with veal demi-glace, fried scalloped potato pavé, crème fraîche, and scallion.

Paired with: Dexter Small Batch Small Malt

Fourth Course

Ice Cream Sundae – Spiced white chocolate blondies, chocolate-cayenne ice cream, white chocolate ganache, cinnamon whipped cream, and a cherry on top.

Paired with: Dexter Rye
