Join us for a private, four-course bourbon dinner experience on Monday, August 25th with Bardstown Bourbon Company, featuring our new, and extremely limited, Smoke Justis Single Barrel release.

Bardstown has quickly become one of the most respected names in American whiskey, blending tradition and innovation in the heart of Kentucky’s Bourbon Capital.

This intimate evening (just 28 seats) will be guided by Bardstown Master Distiller Steve Nally, who will walk us through pairings of Bardstown’s core products and finish with a special pour from our custom single barrel — a 7-year wheated bourbon from the Origins Bottled-in-Bond series.

Bottles of the Smoke Justis Single Barrel will be available for purchase, and Steve will stick around after dinner to sign bottles and chat!

Black Forest Pavlova with chocolate meringue, whipped vanilla cream, cherry compote, Kirsch-soaked sponge cake, candied peppercorn crumble, edible flowers
